Junior Concept Artist

We’re looking for a Junior Concept Artist to join our art team.
This role is for someone who loves creating worlds, solving visual problems, and getting better at the craft every day.
You don’t need years of industry experience, but you do need solid fundamentals, curiosity, and a willingness to learn fast in a professional environment.
Our teams are small, which means your work will have real impact. You’ll work alongside experienced artists, receive direct feedback, and be involved in everything from early explorations to production-ready concepts.

What you'll be doing
Creating concept art and designs from rough sketches to more polished final concepts.
Exploring ideas quickly through sketching, paint-overs, and visual iteration.
Gathering and organizing visual reference and research.
Working with both 2D and 3D tools as part of your workflow.
Collaborating with art directors, artists, and other disciplines to solve creative and production challenges.
Participating in reviews and feedback sessions throughout production.
What we're looking for
Solid fundamentals in design, composition, lighting, color, and perspective.
Good visual communication skills - you can present ideas clearly and quickly.
A genuine interest in games, film, design, and visual storytelling.
To be open to feedback and wants to improve.
Strong Photoshop skills and curiosity about modern art workflows and tools.
Basic experience with 3D tools such as;
Blender, ZBrush or similar.
A strong interest in Unreal Engine and real-time workflows.
Curiosity about how new technologies and evolving pipelines within concept art and game development.
Strong observation and reference-gathering skills.
To be comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.
Bonus Points
These are nice to have, but not required:
Experience working in Unreal Engine.
Traditional drawing, painting, or sculpting experience.
Previous freelance, collaborative, or personal project experience.
Relevant education within concept art, design, or visual development.
